What's the difference between the width and the wheelbase? Looks almost square ! Awesome look this thing has.

They are pretty much square which makes them look pretty darn cool and they handle great. I owned a Gen 2 Briggs before I built this one and look forward to way more travel and better turning. I recently brought it out of the back of the shed and placed it into the center of my garage to make myself finish it. I have really been contemplating taking the Arctic Cat 440 2 stroke (96 HP) out and tracking down the newer Arctic Cat 800 2 stroke (160 HP) out of a sled to make trips to Glamis way more fun but they are still wanting a heafty price for them. So I contacted a guy here in SoCal about clutches for the 440 instead which in reality still has more power then the old stadium cars that were 1 off builds with 80-85 HP. Once I get the clutch I can finish mounting the transmission then have a pipe made. The last big fabrication part will be a fuel tank to sit behind the seat. I will post progress as I go but it is only one of many projects. Lol.

I just wrapped up a sled conversion on Rennie Awana Gen 3 natures car. I was able to get a 5 gallon tank under the engine and behind the seat. Engine sits at the same height the old fl350 powerplant did. A HRD billet driven would be ideal for tuning of the sled engine. I have found 23-26 lbs is just about right for the 500 and 583 rotax engines on these with 25 inch tires. Let me know if you need a hand Im just north of ya in Ontario and have a few of the MTEG cars and parts.
