same style setup i use--i think jgsturbo likewise. spindle tube pivots around pin, heims provide the up and down.

How well does that three link swing arm work? I was wondering if someone had thought about doing something like this before. Love the pics.

Bolt thru everything and tightened would only make the helium balls pivot.
No vertical movement though them - it's a simple single arm front suspension and the whole thing moves.
I'll go out on a limb and say there was another design that used a zerk, but it's no longer needed. Just a hole filler now.
Heims also allow for camber to be adjusted and still allow pivoting.

Cool, got an shots of the seat sliders (part attached to the seat)? Have you used these on larger buggies?
Love the drain cover.

missed a bunch ,,,was gone over the weekend.
luckily you guys got it all figured out with out me
yes the grease zirc is the grease the king pin bolt.
earlier design did not have heims but just steel tabs.
with the heims we could skip the zirc.
Kfab is right, heims were added so we could adjust camber.
even with the kids carts we keep trying to gain every little bit for racing and tuning
Unistrut was used for the seat sliders and the front pedals are adjustable too.
this way buggy can be changed from adult to kid and back in very little time
Unistrut has flat locking nuts or threaded plates that drop in and lock into place with a 1/4 turn.
By using this we could build different block, brackets, risers, or what ever needed to fit the kid or adult
Yes, I have used this in a few full size buggies too. The normal seat sliders can get full of dirt and not work so well over time.
Plus the unistrut saves an inch or so in height
3 link rear
yes, this works real good. These little buggies are not long travel thou. maybe 6" of travel most of the time.
by adjusting the outer aluminum bar mount locations,,,,,you can change how much the rear steers when you throw it into the corner.
so if you set on one side of the buggy,,you can watch the axle turn
Thanks for the kind words guys
