That thing looks awesome! Have you gotten a price yet? With or without transmission?

It's definitely not cheap but I'll have a lot of time to save for it while I build the chassis.... between 9500 and 10 with the trans

No I wish it did it would make it a lot easier to swallow that price so I'll still have to get rpm reverse gearbox

To be honest the only reason I'm going to use this motor with as much as it cost is because I come from a muscle car background so I like low end torque and the v8 lope... and so far it's the only motor I have found at only 150 lb wet that can give me that

I'm cheap..lol If I were getting an RPM box anyway, I would go with a Busa engine. You can get a whole running bike for less than what that engine cost. Use everything you need off of it, and part out the rest.

Typed ''busa'' into craigslist and the first 2 results were for 5500.

If I were to build a 2 seat car again, it would be another Rorty R-16 Shotgun. I would bob the top front of the car way down, (the visibility sucks in that car.) Plate lower front arms, up the tubing size, bypasses on all 4 corners, suspension seats, and an LS, powerglide to a solid mounted 9", and midboards on the trailing arms. Just my .02 My old Rorty weighed 1,600# with me in it. I would estimate a weight of just over 2k with the above mentioned.
