I have Arctic Cat 660 turbo engine, I been using the Arctic Cat drive clutch that came with the motor for about 4 years. The stock clutch did not perform very good. I put a Thunder Products 911-AC-1 outer cover plate on the stock clutch it made a big performance gain.

I wore out the clutch after 4 years.

I got a STM Powersports drive clutch, the 6 arm dual stage Rage setup. When I called STM Powersport they where not familiar with my engine , so I told them I would ship them my old clutch for them to match up tappers and sizes. They told me the 6 arm dual stage Rage setup would give me the best acceleration out of turns.

The link below shows there 8 arm dual stage Rage clutch
    Tech Info

The STM Powersports clutch is very well built, it works great, it works better that the Arctic Cat clutch with the Thunder Products 911 cover. My buggy accelerates super hard out of turns and has good top end speed. It took a couple rides to get the clutch weights adjusted where I was happy.

In the STM Powersports videos they show adding weights to the upper stage arms with the arms on the clutch. On my clutch I had to take the arms off the clutch to add weights on the upper stage. There was no room to tighten weights on the upper stage with a tool when the upper arms are on the clutch. It takes 10 min to remove the arm and install one arm.

If you want max performance the STM Powersports clutch is the way to go.

If you are on a budget the Arctic Cat clutch with the Thunder Products 911 cover plate would be the way to go. You get good performance at a lower price.

The Driven clutch is a TEAM Rapid-Reaction, it came with my buggy and I have never that a problem with it, very happy with its performance.

Agreed on the Team comment - I've only had one fail on me and they've proven to be really durable.

I'll probably run the Team Tied on my next setup - supposed to be even more reliable and have better back shifting with four strokes.
