    Good Source for a motor

I'm kicking myself today. Long story short, I bought a replacement 929 last fall off of ebay (first mistake). Then I didn't bother to inspect it till this week, after I pulled my other one (second mistake). Anyhow, the case on the new one has a hole in it. Looks like maybe a forklift got it. Anyone know of a good source for used motors?

I got my RC51 motor from Sun Coast Cycle Sports in Florida The Leading Used Motorcycle Parts Supplier | Sun Coast Cycle Sports. They don't part out their bikes as soon as they get them so if you call them and tell them exactly what you want, they can take what you want off a complete bike. I got a motor, all the electronics and gauges, header pipe, and air box off a complete bike. I was able to fire it right up when I got it.

Not sure where you are located, if near more populated areas this website works well for searching all the different local craigslist ads within a radius. When I found mine, I was searching for wrecked bikes that I could still hear run.

Found me a 2006 CBR 1000 with about 8000 miles out of Boise. Anyways plan on starting installation next week. I think I will focus on the following:

    1. get motor mounted.
    2. Figure out electrical need to find a good source of info on what I will need to change on the stock wiring harness. Figured there should be some good information out there from the dwarf car guys.
    3. Controls. Not sure what I'll have to change up for the clutch and throttle.
    4. Fuel. Wondering if the current fuel pump I have install in the tank will provide enough fuel?
    5. Cooling.

Any good source of info pertaining to this motor/setup will be greatly appreciated.
