I would look for a better hose than radiator hose. (parker-push lock) Not made to run oil..
It will start to leak oil.( or weep oil ) There are better oil coolers out there than what you have, could add a fan too, or go with a oil to water cooler. http://www.ftzrachttp://www.ftzracin.../600cooler.htm You have a 2 core radiator should work....

About a week after I installed the oil cooler the radiator hose I used for oil lines, started to let oil eat its way through the hose. I am replacing the hose with hose made for oil lines.

Thats funny , I learned that the hard way when I did my engine swap I went to Carquest and bought oil line hose . And the dont -give-A-shit parts person sold me radiator hose . The stuff swelled up and one line game off. I caught it in time so no damage done , But I had to change out all the lines. Mr.Bill at Carquest was nice enough to give me the right hose N/C ..
The question is not if its gona roll. Its when ..

That be some kind of church cruzzer or commuter bike thingy ?

My buddies Desert Dog Coyote also has the 660t Artic Cat turbo engine in it. After seeing this thread I looked at his machine a little and was thinking what would it take to just cool the coolant more before it goes into the chamber under the filter.
Now that NOBAMA has PROVEN he is the absolute WORST president in the history of history Jimmy Carter can thank him for stealing the dunce crown.

Lets hope the next guy repeals NObama care along with the rest of the stupid crap this blight on our windshield has done.

I added a oil cooler because I have the biggest radiator I can fit in roll cage, my radiator water temperature is 225 F during hard running. I wanted to get the radiator water temperature lower, but this would require a bigger radiator, I have no room for this. So I was thinking added the oil cooler would help lower the water temperature. So I did not look at trying to get more water flow into the water chamber below the oil filter. The water line coming off water chamber goes to the turbo and flows through the turbo. So that would require modifying the turbo.

I have upgraded my tube style oil cooler to a radiator style oil cooler that works lot better.
