The usual registration rate on MBN averages about five people a week. (seeing similar numbers on the Facebook side) In the past couple of days I've been hit with close to twenty.

Two IP addresses keep popping up and have now been blocked and there's an influx of people with .ru email addresses, of which I just delete.

So if anyone sees anything that seems out of the ordinary or we get someone that's not supposed to be here, either report it or pm me a link to the posts and I'll go play internet sniper and knock out a few morons.

I don't put up with it. I'm not nice about it either.

Quick, simple block, remove all posts and ban (got a button nobody else can see).

Can't play nice? Then you can't play here.

As said above. Job well done on all accounts.

Well maybe a bit OCD on buggy builds.
All dressed up and waiting for the beer to arrive.

Oh they are busy this week.
Nine new registrants only two legit.

I get a kick out of some of the names too:
HeatherBum with a gmail address - Ukraine spammer
MichaelSbeap with .ru address - Estonian spammer
Williamefets is Ukrainian and has a ton of either pharmacy or drug rep emails.
Nancythync a Russian spammer with Gmail addy
Shirleymup and HeatherBum share the same IP
Tatiana_pi turns out to be Czech spammer with a shitload of spam reports and guessing by her email addy she can probably be your bride or cam girl if your bank acct is full.

Ah the joys of the delete button. Bye-bye asswipes.

LOL, sorry guys, but this reminds me of this one time I was working as a project manager for this old guy named Ron. We were all in a conference room discussing the various projects when the focus shifted to me. A project I was working on that wasn't going so well and Ron asked me "why haven't we broken ground on this project"?
I told him, "the bid packet was vague therefor our subcontractor's bids were unfavorable to begin construction on time. I could have either gone out for bid again or issued a contract with liquidated damages in the Terms and Conditions. I choose to award the contract to the lowest bidder but with liquidated damages in the Terms and Conditions."
With intent to challenge my decision he (Ron) looked across the conference room table and commented, "Well if I were you I would have started over and gone out for bid again".
I sat in disbelief thinking how stupid starting over would be considering the tight schedule. For a moment I was at a loss for words. But then the perfect reply struck me! I leaned over the table and said with complete confidence, "well Ron, maybe the world needs More-Rons"

Get it, morons? To this day I laugh at the balls I had to say that to the owner of the company!

No, I quit a long time ago. They wanted me to travel over Thanksgiving for another project managers project. My immediate supervisor said I had to go and it wasn't up for debate. I didn't get along with him very well so I told him right then and there that "I had been thinking about putting in my two weeks notice ever sense he got hired" so I put in my two weeks. He didn't like that very much considering the second week (of this two weeks notice) I already had scheduled to be off to visit family over Thanksgiving so he told me "why don't you just go ahead and pack your things right now". I packed my things, went to New Mexico as intended for the holidays, met with my current employer and ended up moving out this way a few years later when they had a position open. Man, was my wife PISSID I put in my two weeks notice like that, right before the holidays. ha
