Just a couple pics from New Years.
I did not see some of you guys out there as I hoped.
    But maybe next time.

It was very cold, little windy a couple days at the end but mostly fun.
I did end up cracking a barrel on my ride that was a bummer.

But all in all I did get some duneing in and had a lot of fun with the Fugahwee tribe.
Totally fun group and like family.

    Awesome cars and fast.

Did see some good quick cars running the hill and enjoyed the weekend.

Here are a couple pics of the car and the groups cars.

Here lets go on a dune ride.

not bad pics from a camera phone and we duned at 55mph average and even
hit a top speed of 100 according to the gps unit.
    Sweet.

And some more pics of the buggy.

    and the broken buggy.

Anyways hope you all had fun and I hope you all enjoyed playing with your buggies
    over the New Years weekend.

    Thanks.

Thanks guys and Dumont is a good fun weekend trip.
Its small for the most part on sand but you can always take dirt tires and play even
more out in the rocks etc.

Its fun and you have to atleast go once a year or more.

    As for my pics?
I think its because my photo site has my pics set for small scale for easy load times
etc. I can always post a bigger pic from my computer if there is ever anything you would
    like to see more closely.

    Thanks.

Because the site where they are hosted most likely limits the size of the pictures you can post.......

Ya pretty much what Pac said.
I have my settings to show them at Dial up friendly sizes.
I can choose small. 450 or so pixels, medium up to like 600 or 700 pixels and large
    over that.

I have them on small because of my dial up and what not.

But I can load them directly to the site here and show anything you ever want to
see or I can link you to my site where you can open them bigger I think too.

    Thanks.

Hey Tut glad you had a good time out there. Some great pics for sure!
My daughter got sick almost literally right when we were supposed to leave on Thurs., then we held off for a couple of days and ended out at El Mirage Sat. for a friend's son's 21st b-day bash. Over 100 people showed up and we ended up having a great time. The only bummer was, well, like we all know - the TIRE CHANGE-OVER. sand, no desert. no, sand, no - desert!! *It's not bad with 1 car, but when you have 1 car and 4 quads *[smilie=banghead.gif]
We got the wind during the day, too and ended coming back Mon. So what started out as a 5 day trip to the dunes ended up a 2 day trip to the dry lake!
Hopefully next time. Don't write me off yet!

    Hey Drak!
I looked for you everywhere I went.
Anytime we stopped at the hill I looked through the crowds hopeing to see ya.

Ya the winds were bad but the sand was nice.
Wish the car ran longer... dang.
    But I still had fun.
Well next year I will probable take the race car and run it.
So next year I hope things go smoother for all of us and we can meet up.

Catch you at the dunes bud.
