I've been trying to point out things in the comments but no response. I'm going to send him links to this post.

    So if you see issues.

His fab skills are pretty good but his design has a massive amount of room for improvement.

The high front shock towers are a visual blocker. What tree? Never saw it coming.
Lots of dead tubes in the chassis.
Where in the world did he come up with the front end design? KPI has about 12 feet of scrub.
Rear end may buckle under first good side load.
1/4" plate for so much stuff that doesn't need to be. It's gonna weigh more than an XP4 1000.

It'd still be nice to have him join in on MBN and share, though. I give props to anyone that's willing to build their own.

Most I got was being called a know it all by some of his boot lickers for trying to help point out some of the flaws.

I haven't had that happen yet, but I've been using links to pictures and videos etc.
He does have some funny followers though...

Yeah oh well. His biggest downfall I see is he tries to build everything one day at a time without anything thought out or planned. He spends as much time redoing poor planning as he does making any forward progress on stuff. Hard to walk when you keep stepping on your own toes.

I would have really argued that, right up until I saw those shocks being used with horizontal rod ends.

That had/has me scratching my head.

All that said I have been doing that same thing with my turbo project, going to have enough spares to do my Subaru

I have been following his builds - for a guy with no training and for someone who is just figuring it out - I think he is brave. We have all been where he is at one point or another, and at least he admits when he makes mistakes. With that being said - the vertical heims on the front end kill me. I do love that he machines alot of the stuff himself. Pretty inspiring for a noob like me. That is my 2 cents, do with it what you feel.
