You canít dive into building a full size buggy sans any knowledge/experience of how it should be done without a little patience and persistence.

He has the 670 2 speed (was a 420 Predator), the dual Tillotson 212 buggy with trailing arms, the GS500 and this one. So he's had practice building one, but he just seems to build from off the top of his head, doesn't really go off of any plans at all as far as I'm aware of.

The only one that I've followed off and on, on YouTube for a number of years, KGN Metal, built the John Deere Snowmobile buggy based off of plans he drew up and it turned out pretty well I think. I believe the only other one he's built was his smaller orange kart that had just front suspension only up until the last year, then he added a swing arm for the back, because of back issues he had or something of that nature.

Don't take this as me bashing Chris (Rather b Welding), he's been inspirational for myself wanting to build a buggy, as have a few members on here and other forums. He builds some interesting stuff, though I feel like he should at least draw something out and build from there, it might help him with the same issue he has with most of his builds, they end up weighing a lot.

I've enjoyed watching his cbr600/vf1000 build and it has been motivating for my own project.
I also have really liked "Grind Hard Plumbing Co. " buildup of the barbie jeep and the snowmobile engine into the oddy build.

Just saw his newest update video. Way oversized winch for it and limiting straps. Guess he's wanting to buy a shop with some land but is a bit short, probably for the down payment and anything else associated with purchasing something like that.

So now that he has taken it off road fully, the only 2 real issues he had was a chain that popped off within a few hundred feet of entering the trail and over heating. Definitely needs probably a Civic radiator and/or a water temp gauge to keep an eye on it to prevent further problems.
