    Yep, you need most receipts, especially for any frame metal, motor, drivetrain, etc. It isn't a hard process, but there are a ton of hoops to jump through. Usually the state patrol or similar will take a look to make sure it seems reasonable to drive off road.
    Proud owner of a two seat pucker-mobile. Funco inspired mini buggy powered by a Busa. Giving out free rides to anyone brave enough.
