I would take away the whole cage and replace it. Whats one of them gonna run you? If it's even close to a used rzr, I would buy the rzr. I have extensive china machine experience. China machines are great when gotten dirt cheap and used. They come with issues. All of them do. If you can get that thing for 5k maybe 6k it's a deal. at 7k your reaching the price point of far better machines even if used. And them big china machines are dogs. 800 cherry engine will get rapped by a 800 polaris engine. And the 800 polaris aint shit for power.Hell my 400 will take an 800 of the line and never stop pulling away. Then you got parts. Roketa is known well for 3 things. Expensive parts, shitty dealer support, and zero support once they stop making the model. Now they seem to be doing way way better than bout 3yr ago. But I have little faith in china quality and even less in their loyalty to past customers owning machines sometimes just 2yrs old.

To add to that, no one makes a tougher china machine than Joyner. At least pre 2010. If the new models are built as the older ones, you aint gonna find a tougher built china machine. From hubs and arms to tube wall thickness. But IMO, same rue applies. 6k or less brand new.

yeah the china buggys suck i have one and treat it good but the pipe that it is made of keeps braking and it sucks over all message they make it sound really good but it sucks and buy a rzr or pay someone to build you a custom buggy they will be cheaper in the long run nad save you time and money i got sucked into one of those deal and i hate it

I would not buy this at any price (Sorry, I am sure not one to want to bust your bubble)!!
It is going to be way underpowered....the 1000cc engine only has 35 HP and weighs 1400lbs.
The main reason tho is safety....If you use it for anything other than what you would do with a golf cart....you will get hurt!
Better off with a used buggy or a SxS.....
Where do you live?

yeah i cant believe that a 1,000cc has only 35 hp and if you look at the top of the buggy the roll cage is removable which is great if you want to be killed the first time you roll it over and as custom said buy a much safer buggy and and the Chinese only speak Chinese over the phone so it is hard to talk to them and wow i know i am really smart

I wont say they are no good. They serve a purpose. Theres at least 5-10 guys on here that would never be here had they not caught the bug via a cheap china machine. Theres also guys here that have turned them cheap china machines into beast. But it take a shit ton of work. And most of them would agree, if they could start over, they would just build from scratch.
f you like to tool around at 20-30mph, watching the kids ride there quads, cool. My issue aint even so much the garbage engines as it is parts supply and safty.
When I cut my front end up to redo it, I found tubes not notched at all. Just a tip of a miter cut tacked on, then another tube on to cover that up. My buddy mac had hos whole cae shft sideways from a soft roll. The kind where you just flop on your side. My dads trailing arm was bent so bad it took enough leverage on a steel poll that pops had to stand on it to keep me from torquing it off the ground. It took Gray 4 wheels hubs in the rear, 2 trailing arms, and a bent frame to finish the utvrr, I have personally gone through no less that 20ign switches over time, the new bms400 is shearing nuckls back to back, the joyner 650 has been known to just eat axles on the right side.........
I could sit here and literally list failures that I have seen with my own eyes untill the day runs out of light. My china buggy by next year will have nothing left but a floor pan. And I consider that preventative mait. hahahahaha. I have to replace the axles before they break as I may not find more. Replace hubs before they bend. Replace the cage before it fails, replace the a-arms before the lower fails, replace the spindle set up before the bearings pop...... All know issues with the machine. And it's a joyner. Best china machine ever made. ahahahahahahahahahahahaha
