New Here got a few questions?

Hey minibuggy.net im a newbie as or junior as you may call it. I have just graduated from college and I am very soon to land a job and finally will make enough money to buy a sand car or off road kart. I have a yamaha banshee right now that is mildly modded and is very fast, but now its time to get what I have been wanting for a while which is the one of these wicked off road cars. I will just say what im lookin for and maybe some of you could help me out in the right direction.

I live in an area in louisiana where there is open but rought or bumpy terrain, small hills, and dirt. Now remember there is no desert like areas ar sand dunes so the buggy won't be used for that mostly always hard packed off road conditions. I want a buggy that is powered by a preferred hayabusa motor, nice suspension, nice cockpit, etc. My budget will be around $30,000 if that helps any. Any feedback is greatly appreciated thanks!!!
If it cant make you smile, then why are you riding or driving it?

    Welcome to the site.

You need to go look at Yoshi's machines. It would probably fit the bill.
    Sand is for fast cars
    Dirt is for fast drivers

Welcome to the site. At the top of this forum section is a sticky thread with links to various buggy manufacturers.

Start browsing there to see what you like, then ask more specific questions once you see what's out there.

    Welcome to MBN!

A Hayabusa powered car is best suited for wide open spaces where you can open the throttle and enjoy the power. Doesn't sound like your riding area is the best match.

Yoshi makes a SXS that might fit your needs. Seems like with where you live 4WD would be very useful. Boring but useful.

You could get a Rhino and stuff an R1 in it using Weller Racing's conversion kit . . .

No dunes,,,,head to the local dirt race tracks for fun.

Then take it to the local trails,,and fields if there are some availible.

Sand is only about 20% of our riding & fun each year.
