Thanks for the positive feedback, everyone!

I put about 80 manhours in the last week or so into getting the CAD design up to date with the latest wheel hubs, brakes, pedal kit, suspension & all the final chassis changes. Still missing rod ends & some of the nuts & bolts, which I'm working on. The seat & Hayabusa engine CAD models were scanned with a 3D scanner & solid models created. Very cool technology. They are accurate to 0.004".

I'm working on the side body panels, brake lines, cables, engine mounts, rad mounts, exhaust mounts & a few other goodies next. The work never ends, lol

The actual prototype build is coming along nicely too. We've built the steel versions of all the suspension a-arms. The prototype billet aluminum rear a-arms are still at the machine shop. That machining is being programmed into CNC & should expect to see them by the end of October. Stainless steel fuel tank is done. Chassis is completed. Steering is complete. Brakes are complete. Still need to purchase brake lines, brake hoses, morse cables, modify exhaust, install engine, connect fuel lines, yada, yada, yada...

I'll post new build photos very soon. Keep the comments coming...

Oh, and yes, there will be a two seater version coming with the same front & rear modular suspension. That's the next project after MEGALODON.

Very meticulous...nice! I can see the reflection of the camera in the gauges. I'm assuming you did a photo overlay on the cad model? Everything looks really good.
