Search around on Desertkarts. Greg moved from Yuma a while ago and I'm not sure he's still doing business.

I have sent many email to desert karts and called Greg to no avail. I do not get a response back and they do not answer the phone. I have been trying for about a year now since I live in Yuma, although Greg and friends now live in Nevada. I would like to buy some parts from his site, but I am kinda happy I can't because that means I have to make them.

I tried to order on the site a while back and got an expired certificate warning from the secure site. As far as the shocks listed they are coil overs made for VW . The shorter 6" travel ones are 75 lbs an inch spring rate and they are ok for small light buggies, the longer 8" travel ones are about 125 lbs rated . I am using the 6" ones on a couple buggies and bought them from cbperformance but they are available on ebay and a few other venders also

I sent an email to Greg about the 2 seater plans and got the response below....

"Hey Ed, Thanks for the note. The side by side plans are on hold indefinitely. I'm retired in Costa Rica.

Try the Edge in Australia, Tony does good work.

    Greg"

I bought single seater plan from the site about 6 months ago. They took a long time to get to me (about 3 weeks) but I did get them.

Why doesn't this dude just shut the site down already?

This has been going on for how many years now?

He's obviously not into buggies anymore, why does he keep D!@#ing people around?
