Does anyone know where he got those S10 flanges? They look beefy!

I have made almost no progress since last post... I spend a lot of time working away from home..
But to answer the question I made the flanges. My son and I have a goal to get this thing done by end of June for a family reunion.

Made some progress this weekend. We got the trailing arms figured out and was able to cut the plates and drill the bolt holes for the s-10 hub mount. I'm gonna make up a jig this week to fab up the trailing arms.
I'm planning on running the arms at 8 degrees and they should be about 28" long. I believe the overall track width should finish out between 58-60.

I cut a key way into them and drill and tap the 1" shaft for a retaining bolt.
But what I was asking is if you wanted a flange for the trailing arms of the carrier

Made the trailing arm jig tonight and cut and machined the bushing tubes. I should be getting a chunk of derlin tomorrow for the bushings. I have never made them before but I plan on turning them down to fit inside the 1 1/2 .120 wall bushing tubes with a .25" shoulder.

I made the trailing arm jig adjustable for length width and angle

Made a little progress this weekend not as much as I wanted to because I only had today to do some work
Made 1 semi trailing arm, got some pics here.

I made the jig out of 1 1/4 tube and used 1 1/2 120 wall tube for the bushing sleeves which slide over the 1 1/4 real nice and holds everything straight. Arm has a 8 degree angle on it and measures 20 inches from outside of sleeve to outside of sleeve and has a 28" from center of bushing to center of hub. Got everything bent and cut to make the next one shouldn't take as long..
This stuff always takes way longer than you think..
