    It only works on smart phones and tablets, but a computer version is in the works just on the back burner. It's a pretty conservative one in that it recommends a lower (numerically higher) gear ratio but it gives a pretty good idea what you want. I'm sharing it on behalf of the person who made it. Hope it could be of use to you or anyone that uses it.
    I played around with the app. It looks like based on the information I put in, I should be somewhere between 8:1 & 10:1. I like how it calculates all the torque and final speeds. Pretty cool. Thanks

    Nicely done,don't think it interrupts the lines at all. nice welds. You could always use the first set of upper mounts as pivot point tabs for a flip up cargo rack that allows access to the fuel tank.

    Thanks Mcdog. Haven't been on here lately nor have I made any progress on the buggy. Swamped with work and now the kids spring sports pretty much chew up the weekends.

    Family and work comes first, while hobbies take a backseat. Well hope you can find some spare time at some point. Would hate to see it get shelved for a long time.
