    VW/Ninja Rail
on a VERY tight budget on this build I've just thought of getting either a junk Beetle or go to the salvage yard and pulling the front&rearend to use on a ZX6 powered trail buggy.

The transmission would be replaced with a live axle from PTD with the Gixxer engine cradle.

I don't know much about the whole buggy thing, I've only ever worked on bikes, Drag cars and Nitro buggies.

How bad of an idea would that be?

If you really want to stick to a budget, turn the Beetle into a BAJA.

But then again you only set a budget to upset yourself when you blow it.lmao
But a 1600cc VW with the fenders hacked off and just spinning the torsion springs on the housing will give you plenty of fun in the sand. Slap on some paddles. and you have a 4 seater.
Ride it like you Stole IT!!!
