    I saw this over on RDC and thought it looked pretty cool. Just needs a little V drive and a motorcycle engine in the back and you'd have a sweet truggy or truck.

    Pretty sweet however it looks like it will have a ton of unsprung weight in the rear. *I think a 9" is way overkill and way too heavy. *It could definitely be swapped out for a Toyota 8" or possibly something even lighter

    9" in stock form weighs about 150. think a toyota is that much lighter?

    Probably close to 50lb lighter. *Of course Alu pumpkins are available for the 9 however I don't think that there are ones for the yota. *I recall Tut using an axle out of a Samurai but I have never picked one up to see how much lighter it is..

    Well a 9" is a ball buster for one guy, so i do assume Since tut is just a little guy " " that the samurai is much much smaller...
