i have a stock 525 front sprocket on my zx10, i beleive the sprocket on the jeffco tranny is a 630. i think that i would need to stay with the larger setup(630) because of the added weight. *if anyone with knowledge on the topic or running the jeffco unit could help as i only see down conversions available 525 -> 520 thanks

If you can't find a sprocket to work for you, you can always get a custom sprocket made.....I used a place called advancedprecisionproducts.com ( 1-888-347-7262). They didn't charge me an arm & leg to get the sprocket machined and heat treated. And were also fairly quick.
Also Jeffco does make a 530 sprocket for his rearends if this would help.

you can use a 520 drive sprocket with a 530 rear sprocket, but you have to use 530 chain, the 630 stuff is different all together, you would have to have a 630 drive sprocket then...

Check with Hyper Racing, I think they have 630 counter sprockets down to 13t.
