PJ1 blue label before each trip. I usually get 250-300 miles per trip, then use maxima chain cleaner after to get the sand off, and relube.

The lube is more for the external rollers and keeping the o rings from drying out

    Thanks,

I replied that I saw on their site they go up to 70 tooth sprockets, mentioned again that it was a 530 and asked if they make any custom, I'll let you know what I hear back, Sprocket specialties can make me a custom sprocket and have it delivered in about 3 days, but that's aluminum, non anodized.

Well, Kuma, your experience may help out the rest of us. I'm looking at a similar application, where I was planning on running a short 520 chain to a rear custom sprocket from Sprocket Specialties. My application is only 50 horsepower, so maybe I won't have the same issues, but I've decided that I need to run a 530 chain, so I should probably pay closer attention to the sprocket that I order. And, the chain.

Sprocket Specialties has been excellent in their customer service, a hard anodized sprocket may have lasted longer, not sure if they make steel, maybe I'll check into that after this post.
I heard back from SuperSprox, they sent me a sheet to fill out with the specifics , bolt circle, bolt size and type, I'll take some measurements this weekend and see if they can help me or not, I'll let you know how it pans out.

Got a member to cut sprocket from some crazy steel for ind machine. No wear at all, and you better not need to drill a hole in it!
