Looking for a sprocket for my EBK buggy, 530 chain need around 65=66 tooth, is Sprocket Specialist about the only option?
the one I had is aluminum, would that be the material of choice or would steel be better?

    How much hp from motor?

I got about 3 dune trip on my hardened alum w zx12 and 1150lbs car. Jerdunz on here can cut em out of some crazy machine steel. Cant even tell I've been using it, priced right too.

Are you sure about the username? I'm not getting a hit on Jerdunz?

I got about 1000 dune miles out of my aluminum sprocket. It is about the life I get out of a chain, and is about a year for me.

But now I have an rpm box.
