I'm not setting myself up to be a dealer, I'm just trying to help some people out. I keep spares because I know I will eat a seal every one in a while. I know some boxes came without the extended rollers, so I emphasized the importance. The load rating is double for the e version.

The MTK bearing that was shown here on mbn by Yoshi had C3 written on it. Probably not needed, but the clearance between a CN and C3 is very slight.

The 12363 is what came on my older box, and it has been referenced here before by kfab. If you went to the 12360, that is good.

I tend to stay with bearing brands I know and trust, SKF, thk, ina, fag, and timken have been good to me. I may pay more for them, but I feel it is worth it. I'm not saying the wtw is a cut rate bearing, but when none of the major manufacturers make a 1" bore 6205, it limits the availability.

Plkracer and Danno, all good info. Thank you both for taking the time to list the parts.

I've used the amsoil severe gear 75w-90 (in the black bottle) for a few years now, with good results. I usually change is every few hundred miles. There is still a considerable amount of fine metallic dust, but it doesn't seem to affect the gears or bearings.

It is a lot quieter with that oil versus a standard 80w-90 like castrol, I can't hear the box whine over the engine any more. It also seems thinner, and the box doesn't get nearly as hot, which may also be a function of the gears lapping into each other.

I usually get it from Napa, as many of their stores stock it on the shelves.
