    Putting the final touches on the model... needed chain clearance so the input plate got thicker.
    Also had to make everything fit the casting, think I got the shrink factor wrong, its huge
    But it'll work.

    Casting is here... shafts are turned (balled up a bunch), trying to find mill time. Things would be moving faster if I wasn't surrounded by broken trucks.

    Well for those watching this thread, This box is alive and well as far as I can tell. First oil change had lots of metal, But we're think new gears and parts breaking in. Next run/dump will tell us more. No odd noises, wish I would have made a neutral spot - rolling the car to get in gear kind of sucks sometimes.

    Hey, great build thread. Seriously. You got part numbers for the components you used? How much did it cost? How many hours do you have on it now that it's all built?

    Not much to update, its been working great for years now. Reverse is great, not bad to shift at all. I try to keep tabs on case level. I did add a neutral spot, much easier.
