I am looking for a chain tensioner idea. You can see how mine is set up in the video above.

The three sites below are what I have come across. Any input?

    http://hyperracing.com/pages/home/pr...product=08-800

Speed Partz, Foz Products Chain Tensioner for Mini-sprints, modified midgets, side winders and micro sprints

Also, if anyone has any ideas on what I could add or do to this buggy, fire away!

    Thanks!

Also what is a buggy like this worth? I am not selling it, I just want to know what these usually sell for.

Mint condition Gokart, it has all new parts and is VERY FAST!

Yamaha FZR600 engine (less than 2 hours on new engine)
    Full Yoshimura exhaust including header
Vance and Hines racing CDI box
    New clutch
    New tires
    New drive chain and sprockets
    New brakes
    Gauges
Built out of 1 1/4 inch DOM (roll cage metal tubing, STRONG)
    New 5 point harness

also has extra parts including (extra carbs, extra new clutch, extra engine with covers and all, extra starter, radiator dash, ect..)

    Thanks!

I would have made the axle slide, no tensioner. Now if you need tensioner because as suspension cycles up chain slacks, the something spring loaded is only choice.

And its worth, priceless if it makes you happy.

I've used the Hyper style ones on 600 microsprints and they worked fine.
