Aftermarket Temp gauge on stock coolant temp sender

Got a 2005 CBR600RR in the back of the buggy. It doesn't have a temp gauge and I want to install an aftermarket electrical one. Where do I find (or calibrate) a temp gauge with the appropriate ohm resistance (600 ohms for 250F and 2500 ohm for 178F)? That's what the stock sender sends according to the manual.

I'd rather run electrical vs mechanical since elec wire is easier to maneuver around the dash vs the thick mechanical wire.

I’d look at Summit Racing or some place that stocks Autometer products. They have a wide variety of them.
