    Aside from the fact this violates the second law of thermodynamics, its a great idea.
    You would be energy ahead to just add the second battery and drain it direct into the fans than trying run a motor from a battery to run an alternator to charge the battery.

    This would be awesome if you can make it work! but unfortunately it falls into the perpetual motion conundrum, you can't get more energy out than you put in.
