Remove Allen wench screws from brake body at end near push rods. When you put the brake cylinder back together be careful when you tighten the Allen wench screw, it tighten against the aluminum threads on the brake body end cap.

Remove the end cups on the brake cylinder body that hold the piston assembly in place. To do this jam a screwdriver into the body end cap. Turn the screwdriver to unscrew the body end cap. This is how CNC says to do it. The design leaves something to be desired.

I had problems unscrewing the body end cap on one of the brake cylinders with a screwdriver. I pounded a chisel into the end cap to spin it out. When I was done I did not see any damage.

I had to use compressed air to blow the piston assembly out of the cylinder.

At this point install the parts from the rebuild kit and reassemble the brake cylinders.
