Spent the day today stripping the beadlocks, drilling the 16 holes in each wheel out to M8 from M6. Tapped with taper then plug tap, and drilled the beadlock rings out. After stripping the threads on the beadlocks once, I didn't want to take chances, so I threaded all the holes by hand. Long bloody job but its done now, and I'm happy with the result. Just gotta wait for the right bolts to arrive in the mail.

Any advice for assembly? I was going with blue loctite and not sure about running a spring washer.

Just anti seize them and torque to 12-14 inch pounds. Not sure what Newton meters that is.
    No need for loctite.

I forgot to add that I always run a flat washer under the bolt head.
I run a pattern too, using a 1/4 drive Makita impact. Zip bolt down to a couple of quick ratchet noises, skip two bolts, zip next down. Run that pattern until the beadlock is fairly tight. Then go in with the little torque wrench and finish, running same pattern. Usually takes three rounds to get it torqued properly.

Do enough of the darned things and you'll get a feel for the impact amount. Drops the torque wrench time down significantly..

Thanks guys. I was going to go with the helicoils, but opted to drill every hole out to a bigger size instead of repairing just a few. There wasn't a whole lot of meat around the holes in the rim and I didn't want to go drilling a bigger hole to fit a helicoil. I figured it would be stronger this way.

The heads of the bolts are recessed into the beadlock ring. A socket head screw fits perfectly in there, but not sure if theres room for a washer. Might have to hit the beadlock rim with an end mill and open up the holes to fit a washer down.

I'll tighten them in the order you suggest K fab. Think thats why i ended up stripping the threads in the first place

Keenserts are the way to go. Stronger than helicoils and if you damage one just drill it out and replace it.
Only problem is m5 requires an m8 tapped hole and a m6 requires a m10 tapped hole.

I looked at the keenserts. They are pretty awesome. They also cost a hell of a lot. I really wanted all the bolts on all the wheels to be the same, so just drilled them all out to M8. It took about 2 hours/wheel to drill and tap the 16 holes on each rim. but now they bolt up well and I feel they are a lot stronger.
