    so what is the best/right method to cut the radius in the suspension arms. see attached.

    I think most people just use a hole saw and a drill press.

    Googled "tube notcher" and learned something new! Thanks Yoshi

    Here on the farm we called that a saddle cut and just used the torch and that was good enough for a fence post. But I knew there had to be something better for our buggy.

    We are just getting started, we are building an St4 with our homeschool group. We will need a tube notcher for the shop. I'll start searching Craig's list.
