Do's
1) mount on and secure with rubber isloator pads.
2) mount it away from any area likely to get hit with debris

Dont's
1)securely mount directly to frame.
2)mount in between two bars that could flex and crush the radiator.

Also keep in mind to make sure your car PROPERLY grounded.....meaning if you have a poorly grounded car any stray current could travel through your radiator on its way back to the battery. Which in turn could blow little hole in your radiator. Causing a radiator failure. Heres a good link for you on mounting and installation.

Thank you Busa, that will be helpful.

Why not mount straight to the frame (no rubber)?

I'll add one to that list, do not mount the rad right by the back of your head!

Vibrations will tear at the mounting points on the radiator and cause it to fatigue and fail.

we mounted ours in a steel sheetmetal tray with little rubber bumpers. There was one area which the steel rubbed on the aluminum tank. It almost wore a hole through is less than 2 hrs. of running. I'd make sure that there is no place where metal can vibrate on metal.
