Getting close to firing up my CBR1000RR on the Rorty R-82s I'm just looking for some basic wiring info. I have gone through the factory harness and removed as much of the un needed crap And carfuly Identified all leads and plugs. I realized I was missing the starter relay so I ordered one. I was over at Gene's shop and noticed his Bussa starter only has a positive lead. Mine has a Pos and a ground. Does the CBR starter ground at the Batt or to the frame? I would like someone to fill me in on How I should complete the wiring from batery, ignition, batt disconnect, the existing kill switch lead, ect.....It would be helpful if someone who has wired up a CBR would post here. But any proven info is welcome.
Thanks
Tripp

Ground it to the frame. The battery main negative terminal should already be connected to the frame.Ground path willl be from starter to frame to battery -.There is no need or reason for *running a long ground wire.
