I ordered some plans from Badland back in December, got email Jan 3 stating plans would ship on the 4th. Well, no plans so far.
Anybody know whats up with these guys? There phones are disconnected and they won't answer emails. Are they still in business
or what ? Any info on how to get ahold of someone at Badland will be greatly appreciated.

I'd withdraw your payment immediately. I think that they've been having problems, not sure if their financial, or what, but no one is having luck. I sent an email back in october, and it took a month for a response, but later emails have not been returned.

Not to impressed with edge plans bugpac? I have desert kart and girard plans and was looking at rorty's to add to the collection. Gotta get ideas where you can.

I don't think i would call them the worst on the market. I found they are budget minded plans and have some good ideas on suspension setup .

I'll check out rorty again and let you know. And no, not planning a trip to canada, but there are other ways.

I think bug is bent out of shape by edge because he doesn't like the rear of the cage....

Edge plans are more basic, with more home-made parts. The new Barracuda is their best design yet, and the only one with dual a-arms up front. (Several have it in the rear.)

Rorty's have dual a-arms up front, and seem more "engineered" but have more machined parts--less desireable if you don't have a machine shop or plenty of cash.

I'm in Yakima, about 3 hours out of Seattle. I'm right along I82 if you know where that is, if you don't take I5.

Got an St2, never return mail on a timely manner, if I have to re-do it I will go with Rorty, nope he didn't give me any money, but I used his web site for info and trick. I saw few of his print and chassis and they look very well done, never got a chance to look at close . Like other says, I strongly suggest to spend the few extra bux for different idea and pick up want suit you, at the end you will got your money back.
