Hi Guys
I am new to the site and let me say I have learned some valuable information in the last few days of searching the site. *I read about electric reverse and would like to know if anyone has this installed on there buggy? I am tempting one on my buggy and could use some help. Is there a site that sells such motors for this application? I have been working with a winch motor and trying to get a ratio that will move the cart fast enough but not jerk your head off when you use it. Trying to stay away from the expensive gear boxes for some cheap fun if you know what I mean.

I ran a gear reduction starter out of a chrysler and a 14" diameter flywheel from a chevy and it lasted over 2 years without any problems. *I installed a momentary button that I pressed to back up, worked like a charm..
