This is my new personal dual sport buggy featuring a 3D aluminum body.
I have spent a lot of hours on the English wheel and tig welding the panels together.
Note the panel is one long piece.

The windshield frame is done, Take note that the bottom flange is curved and the window lip is bead rolled and not welded as most of them are. :cool: I made some custom bead roller dies to do that.

Yes they will be inside the body. The great part of that is I will save about $1500 between chroming and anodizing of the shocks

I found a fix for Photobucket!

Sharing this from garage journal if it hasnt been shared here already

Hi all, just read this on another forum and wanted to share it here as pictures are so important to sharing info about our hobby. I just copied the post so here it is and it seems to work with firefox for me.
Fix for seeing Photobucket pics

If you're using Google Chrome, go to the three dots on the right side of the screen and click them. A drop down should appear. Hover your mouse over "More Tools," and when the next drop down appears, click on extensions. Go to the link towards the bottom that says "Get more extensions." In the search box, type "Photobucket Fix," and hit enter. Click the install button and once it's done, you should be able to see photobucket pictures again.

For FireFox users, click on the three bars on the right side of the screen, then click on add ons. Click search for "photobucket hotlink" and click install. Same result.

I will be using a 2003 gen 1 hayabusa that found me with 6 miles. I plan on my turbo system with a fogger nitrous system. I will get into detail on the engine as I build it. Here is a video of the same engine that is in my buggy I am driving right now. A nice 2nd-3rd gear wheelie on dead flat ground. That is what a correct sized turbo and proper geometry looks like.:cool: The new buggy should be faster and that's what 600 plus real HP looks like. It does the same in 4th 5th. I have done the 4th 5th gear shift a couple times without the front tires touching the ground.:cool::cool::cool:
