CV-tech clutches

we have been using CV-tech clutches on our horizontal shaft engine builds.
they work awesome.
this is what we used on our last build, 714lb 2 seat buggy with 21hp Honda engine.

Quick question regarding the following info:

Ratio
Min 3:4 Max achievable 0.77:1

Trying to understand clutch ratios... I currently have 20 inch racing quad tires on my buggy. I have a ratio of 7.something without the clutch taken into account. I have the sprockets to change my gear ratio up to 13:1. How would the ratio above come into play? Adding 26 or 28 inch tires to the mix, so I'm trying to decide on gearing.

any help would be appreciated.

Been using a CVTech clutch for six years on a '76 yamaha snowmobile I repowered with a 25hp subaru v-twin. Works great!
