View Full Version : Pics of almost complete buggy for my 15mo old

Well, been a while since I've been active on MBN. Lifes been very busy. Part of that was having a kid, so a month ago I figured it was time to throw a kart together for him. He's 15mo old and rides his powerwheel around, so I guess its time for a gas engine. More pics to follow with the CRF50 engine installed ect. Sorry for the crappy phone pics.

Hey guys, thanks for all the complements. The kart is close, but I just havent quite got it wrapped up. Bull, thanks for askin about the business. It was great, then found out we couldnt renew the lease because our county Air Resource Board bought the building (are taxes at work). I bought a building but have spent the last 3 months rebuilding /remodeling it. Raised the roof 15' with 60 trusses. It was last painted in 1958 when built. Hence the reason I haven't got the little guy driving. Stay tuned:

Awesome toy for your son, nice work! I just searched Lakeport on google maps, I was up near you last weekend - went riding in Stonyford. Trails up there are incredible!

Have a couple pictures from last month. One before I took it home, and the other after a drive. I can sit on the fuel tank (made to look like a wing) and he drives me around. He has the gas down but the steering isn't totally dialed yet. He has already hit 4 walnut trees and flipped over once. He justy laughs and says "CRASH". Not sure if thats a good thing or not.
