You guys think a kids buggy with a gx620 engine will need rear brakes? I have ventured off my original plan of using a Polaris outlaw irs rear spool and I now have no where to put them. I'm trying to find a way but, I will need to use different knuckles and make the knuckles fit, just wanted some opinions.

I would think the rear brake would be good to have for safety sake... especially considering it is for a kid's buggy. why are you not using the outlaw IRS?

That was my concern on saftey, and was curious about braking while turning. Wheels, I'm using a Polaris transmission the axles go straight into from a Polaris haweye.

anytime Lost. So, are you going to use any of the parts from the IRS? if not.. you want to sell the outer knuckles/hubs? :)

That's a pretty big motor for a kids buggy. I would look into YFZ450 calipers on eBay. They run around $20 a piece.

It is a bit much but I got it cheap. I plan on governing it so he can't go too fast but as he gets better and bigger I can easily add more power. The front has trx450 brakes, and I think I have come up with an idea for the rear brakes.

Wheels, I may have extra... I got a bit over zealous on eBay.. I will double check for you
