What trans is that? It's really thin. It's not a Drakart trans is it?

No kidding, please post more pictures and details on that reverse chaincase. Looks like you're adding some flanges to each side for CV's. What is the gear ratio on that chaincase?

That outboard shaft was my concern . But the cav bearing is a cool find looks like a good idea:D Are ya gona do a suport in the input shaft

There is going to be a bearing on the sprocket shaft.

That seems like a LOT of power for that little chaincase?

I would guess you will have to mount it very well,if the casting flexes its all over.

There is going to be one aluminium plate on each side

Nice job Nick. We've talked about welding and modding one of those hubs on here in the past, but its nice to see it done.

How did you profile the outside of the hub? CNC? rotary table?
