I want to build a st4 but need a program to view the renderings. Is there any C A D programs out there that i can use just to look at the files . I don't need one where I can Change or build just one to view.

It depends on what type of files you want to view, but Free eDrawings Viewer for SolidWorks, DWG and DXF files (http://www.edrawingsviewer.com/) is one option.
