if its on your buggy, build brackets to accommodate car headlamps to start with, if you are talking specifically high and low beams.
If you want the front end covered in lamps, then there are fog lamps, driving lamps, spot beams, all sorts really, just depends how much you want to spend, from not much to stupid money. look at the lamps on the front of a rally car for night stages for example.

fog lamps have a low broad spread, driving lamps are usually linked to come on with High beams, so they'll be similar, just more light, and the spot beams, concentrated light in a small area.

and make sure your battery and charging system can keep up with it all.
