That is looking real nice. The panels look good bead rolled. That is one of my favorite tools.

HAA, yep, Neal is a good friend of mine. I got my shocks, seats, harnesses, CV's and some other odds and ends from him.

So, it's been a while since my last update. I have had it in the sand 2 times thus far. WOW. The grunt that the Busa has is unreal. The suspension worked even BETTER than I was expecting!! I think the added 12" of wheelbase was a part in the ride quality as well.

The only issue I had was that the small bolt that holds the 930 flange to the spool splines backed off. That in turn loosened my sprocket up to the point my chain fell off. We did a little re assembly in the dunes and got it back to the trailer.
I got home and pulled it apart to use some red loc tite on it but I actually bent my allen wrench trying to loosen that bolt. Screw it, back to the dunes. LOL
I ran it for maybe an hour and that little bolt backed out again thus throwing the chain again. Well, I got it back together and limped it back to the trailer. Now this week I will surely get that locked in for another test rip.

The way I can blip the throttle on a small drop off and keep the front end up (kinda like how you would ride off a small drop off on a dirt bike) is really fun. On rollers, I can wheelie but that scares the crap out of me as I don't have rear brakes as of yet. HAAA

I also met up with a friend who has an AR51 as well. It is way cool to see the 2 cars next to each other for comparison. Pretty dang stoked how it has turned out so far!

Here is a screen shot of a wheelie too.
