Yes, We are comparing my rear A-arms to what you've built. http://www.minibuggy.net/forum/135459-post898.html

Here's a few more pics of my build before we tore it apart for the R1 motor.

Can't forget about the quick release Full size cooler rack. Sometimes I will remove the cooler and use it to go grab some firewood for the camp.

Ok, I feel we made some good progress today. The main door bars and the windshield bar are in. It took a long time to get all the angles and measurments to where I felt I liked it. Todd cut off a few peices from the shock tower and added some quick release bungs so it's removable. We still are going to add a lot more tube but at least you can kind of get a better idea of the over all shape.

Ok, These pics rap up this weekends work.
He got the main cage frame built along with some of the motor mount tubes. he cut out the rear trailer hitch mount and aligned up the diff with where the motor will sit. Installed the A- Piller on the front windshield and a few other support bars.

It was a short 1 day weekend on the build today. Got some more of the floor pan removed, the back motor munts fabbed and welded in:clap:. Also got the 2 support bars that run next to the motor.
Worked a little on the cooling routing. We figured that out.
The pics don't look like much else has changed but it was a full 8 hr day of fab work today.

Yesterday I went to the sandshow and Todd stayed back and worked on the rhino. Got the seats figured out for mounting. Still gonna redo them but the hard part is out of the way. Also added some more frame support for the cage and added the down bar in the side windows.
Today he wants to start working on the back half of the cage so I'll post up some pics later today of it.
