Default New guy

I'm the new guy in this forum. A pit some pay up on other thread but haven't done any of my own.
I've been off roading since I was 1yrs old. Bought my 1st quad when I was in high skool(yamaha banshee).
Now I have a '05 YFZ and now looking on getting a mini. Always wanted a pilot when I was a kid.
But now I'm married and have 2 kids, can't give my kids a ride on the quad so I'm selling my banshee, well
The quad has no motor, blew it up. I like the side by side n the mini's cuz u can go thru trails the normal size
Rails can't go. I've been talking 2 Tut Tech on building me a frame n posting up the project here.
Some1 probably asked this ? b4 but what considers a mini. Does it have 2 have a motorcycle engine.
Does it have 2 b w/ in so many feet. My dad has a 4 seat sand rail that he had since 1982. Trail arms up front, swing arm.
The wheel base is at 102". What is a mini buggy.

Default Re: New guy

Welcome to the site. A mini buggy is what YOU think is a mini buggy.

Its mostly an opinion. Some think its cause its got a bike or sled motor.
Some think its cause its a one seater.

But a good lot of minis have Ecotechs and there are four seater "mini's" out there.

Make, buy,or build what you want and are happy with. Call it mini if you like!
