Default Rear Trailing arm toe.

I just started putting in a set of 5 x 5 trailing arms and they look like they have way too much toe in. They are heimed outside and are adjustable but I want them close before I tack the inner buckets in so I dont smash up the poly bushings. Does anybody have a recomended toe for the rear?

How about 1 degree. I'm interested to see what others say.

I just tacked one side and got a good measurement and they are at 4 degrees when the car is a few inches below ride height.

Its a sand and dirt rig. I know im being a traitor but im going with a 2.0 twin turbo subaru rear hung with a 091 trans. 113" wheelbase 2 seater. It will be sitting on a set of 16" 2.5 king piggybacks. It will be used mainly in the sand

Rear end: Toe in helps the car come out of the corner better, toe out helps the car go into the corner better. Front end is just the opposite.

I'm w/BDK - 0 at ride height unless you're short coursing, then adjust accordingly, but start at 0.

Yup, on desert stuff, you have so much travel that you always get toe out when you sling it into a corner (with semi-trailing arms).

On something like a short course buggy with limited travel, you might want to play around with it a little more.

A little toe in helps high speed stability. I like 1* toe in.

I didn't think that toe in at the front end and the rear end gave you stability?
