A-arm to be about 20". *Im seeing everthing from 8 degree to 65 degrees.
Thanks.

depends on your setup. *Are you talking about front or rear mount, and what is the relationship to the rack? *do you have a pic or a drawing of your setup?

Front arm, steering rack modified down to 14"
Read some where that using a-arm length and angles from heim that multiply the arm length times the tangent of the heim angle to determin the maximum wheel travel.
Might finally get to use trig from school.

I was told that with a 5/8 rod end with high misalignment spacer will give you
54 deg. I don't know if this will change somewhat with different rod ends.

That's hard to believe unless you are talking about both ways? I know with a 1/2 inch spacer, you can get 28 each way, and around 34 if you go to a 3/8.

I don't know if all manufacturers are the same, but [url=http://www.aurorabearing.com/:2b1zqxg2]Aurora Bearing[/url:2b1zqxg2] has every dimension for every rod end they make on their site. *They have downloadable solid models of them too.

http://www.rodendsupply.com

I can get anything from there. 27 degrees for 5/8" with 1/2" bolt hole mis alignment bushing. That is one way so it would be 54 degrees both ways. They list all the specs on the heims and the bushings in the catalog.
