Default Making hubs, axles, spindles - I need help

Hello,

Does anyone have information, or know where I can find information on how to go about building my own hubs, axles, and spindles? Are there plans for this sort of thing? Does anyone know of any web pages explaining how to build or design them?

Thanks

First off whats your projected buggy weight and engine horsepower needs? Also tire size? The type of suspension is VERY helpful also!!!

As well as hoped for travel amounts.

These factors will help people show you ones that are good enough. But not $$$ overkill.

I'm hoping to make my buggy honda pilot fl400 size. It will weigh under 1000 lbs for sure. Hopefully 800 lbs. The engine will be a 750cc or larger motorcycle engine. The suspension will be fully indipendent double a-arm style. The front tires are 21" and the rear are 25".

I currently do not have hubs, front axles, or spindles. If i can find inexpensive ones I would rather buy them than make them. Otherwise, I am looking for explainations on how to make hubs and axles that fit eachother, and how to attach the axle to the spindle so that it is durable and straight.
