They do, I think they were about $0.30 cheaper than McMaster-Carr.

Make sure that the crush sleeve's at least .015" or so longer than the installed Delrin bushings. You want the bolts that hold the suspension on to clamp down on the sleeve and not the bushing. A little extra length on the sleeve will assure that you don't pinch down on the bushings, hindering motion.
Do you have any pics of the bushings you or anyone have made?

The black stuff.

The blue is the arm (obviously) and the inner silver thing is a metal crush sleeve.

You can get other colors of delrin if your a color matching nut.

What type of material do you typically use for the crush sleve? Mild or hard steel, aluminum, etc?

Not aluminum. . .mild steel should be fine, but I don't know what the ones you buy or that come with bushing sets are made out of (mild steel vs. hardened steel). . .

. . .you can buy them already cut to length, chamfered, and cadmium coated from A&A Manufacturing though (www.aa-mfg.com). A&A also offers a free catalog which is full of pre-cut tabs for a variety of application, their prices are very affordable, the products fit what they say they fit, and their shipping is VERY fast!

I currently use 12L14. It wears better than mild steel and machines easier. It can be hardened, but I don't.
