Allright, time to start a build log for this one.

This is our new 2 seat design. Very similar to the 1st one , only on the 1st one we left plenty of room, in width & height.

This roll cage is about 6-8" narrower, and the top is chopped a couple of inches.

The rear engine cradle is the same as the last single seat race buggy I just finished.
    New Page 1

We have always made them removable on our buggies, but now the single seaters, and the 2 seaters will have an identical engine cradle mounts.
The mounts are also the same for a live axle cradle, so if we build one without reverse,,,,you can always roll a new engine cradle in later,,,,with reverse.

    Overall length is 120"
Width is 70-72" outside of tires
    wheel base is 94 3/4"
Should weigh in at right around 1000-1050 lbs

    Front travel is 18-19"
    Rear is 14-15"

Fox 2.0 air shock 10" travel all the way around

This is going to be my own personal car again,,,and my Goal is to be done by July

Thanks Jerry ,,,I do my best

I got the main rear section on tonight,,,went pretty good.

The rollcage was heavy tack welded on the jig while assembled.

I went thru and welded 70% of the the tubes, so I can pull it off the jig.

Tomorrow I will pull it off & we will put it in our "twirly Jig"

(We make up names for everything)

This lets us rotate the rollcage, and lock it into position to make all the awkward welds easy.

Laser is ordered, and will be ready at the end of the week.
