Nice work. For AR51 you will need 1-1/4" die with 4-1/2" CLR.

Awesome job Dave do you have any pics or close ups of the tool holder you made for cutting out the dies and the follower die all made on the mill ?.

I like big lathe jobs like that. Did you make the radius turner? I made one for the mini lathe a few years ago, but still need to make one for my 13x24 lathe.

I made the tool holder as well as the attachments. I don't have any great shots of the radius turner on my computer so I'll need to get some better ones next time I'm out. Here are the pics I have.
You can just see the the tip of the cutter near the botton the in the picture above.

Very nice work daaboots,
I built one of these takas benders as well for my motorcycle frames. I am really hoping to build another hydraulic bender using a hydraulic power pack and turning everything horizontal.

Thats some great work I want a tube bender but after seeing this I want your mill. How much did it cost to make without the dies I'm going to have to buy those.
